On March 17, 2016, the Ministry of Employment and Labor (MOEL) has announced the list of top 100 companies, significantly
contributing to the creation of new employment, and for the first time this year, Global Engineering Technology (GETech) was
recognized as one of such top 100 companies.
Since 2010, MOEL has been announcing “Top 100 Employment Creation Companies List” to honor the year's most leading
companies for their commitment and contribution to job creation in order to raise the public awareness and the importance of job
creation.
Strong willingness and contribution to job creation, positive investment, ability/performance-based employment, cooperative labor- management relations, and business growth are the main criteria for “the Top 100 Employment Creation Companies” list selection
under the Korean Government Economic Growth Campaign.
GETech fulfills corporate social responsibility with ability/performance-based employment, proactive job creation and, in particular,
youth employment strategies. As GETech’s CEO, commented: “We strongly believe that our success should be based on customer values
creation and our personnel recognition as the core factors to become a top-tier company in the engineering field”.
