For the purpose of entering the largest plant market in the Middle East, GETech initiated negotiations for establishment of JV along with a Saudi Arabian company, currently the process is under consideration.
Initially, it was envisioned to set up a design corporation which will be aimed at small to medium sized revamping projects.
The ultimate vision and strategy of this business sets on the growth of becoming a Local EPC contractor. Negotiations on JV
agreement are currently in the process and expected to be concluded in October or November unless anything comes up.
