On June 8, GETech has opened its online training section of development of core competencies for promoting the

effective vision achievement and strengthening of perception by rookie employees. This Online training program on core

competence 2017 started in the beginning of June for the month and brought together 43 rookie employees from different

teams and disciplines. The training program consisted of five sessions to develop professional skills in creativeness, power

of negotiation, self-leadership and continuous improvement of work performance.
