In Jan, 2015, GETech recruited 26 entry-level employees and they started to have the 6-month job training course. From Jan. 5^th to 23^rd,

GETech provided the training for the new employees at the Expert Training Center in Daebu Island, Ansan. During the training, the participants were educated on GETech organization, basic job skills, major duties of each job category, general rules and protocols of GETech. In addition, they had various training sessions on leadership and teamwork. While the training is ongoing, the trainees are expected to learn further on the details of the work to improve their job performance and GETech believes that it will boost their competence and ability.
