Global Engineering Technology (GETech) has signed the contract with Pavlodar Oil Chemistry Refinery LLP for the Pavlodar Oil
Chemistry Refinery Upgrading Project, Startup Complex 2 and 3. The Pavlodar Oil Chemistry Refinery is located in the Pavlodar, northeastern of Kazakhstan. GETech will conduct the project which is expected to be completed by the end of 2016
