Restoring Nature: The Han River Conservation Campaign
To protect today’s clean & green earth for many generations to come, employees of Global Engineering Technology have participated in the
Han River conservation campaign for the first time, on March, 2016. Over 50 GETech’s executives and employees take part in each session of
such voluntary activities under the Corporate Sustainability Management System, when such needs arise.
In 2016, GETech introduced a new approach to volunteering activity under the Han River Conservation Campaign.
Through community-based volunteering activities, GETech is fostering volunteer sprit of the company and enhancing social awareness among its employees.
Bamseom Island, famous for being a habitat for migratory birds in the middle of the city, is a unique case, which rarely can be seen in the rest of the world. Bamseom Island, however, is not accessible to the general public.
