GETech has hired new workers and career employees respectively for this year. For the new employee

recruitment, about 800 applicants rushed to get the positions, which has recorded 100:1 competition ratio.

The hired new workers will be trained for 1 month in accordance with GETech’s New Employee Training

Program. The training will make them know about the culture, core values and vision of the company and

learn teamwork and creativity as well. After 1 month training, new employees will be assigned to relevant

teams in the engineering division such as process, civil, architecture, piping, electrical and Mechanical.
